All set-up, decorating, and clean-up must happen within the time you book — no additional time is provided. 


●  Hourly (Weekdays, Mon-Thurs): $60/hour (3-hour minimum) 

●  Hourly (Evenings & Weekends, Fri-Sun): $75/hour (4-hour minimum) 

●  Half-Day (Up to 5 hours, any day): $400 flat 

●  Full-Day (Up to 10 hours, Fri-Sun): $600 flat 


(All time includes setup and cleanup by renter) 

● Maximum of 65 seated guests. 

● More than 50 guests: $50 surcharge (extra cleaning/wear). 

● Tables & chairs (seating up to 65) 

● Basic table coverings 

● Fully equipped kitchen (prep + BYOB friendly) 

● AV equipment +WiFi 

● Refundable cleaning/damage deposit: $150 

● Cleaning service fee (trash/sweeping): $100 

● Extra hour(s): $75/hour 

● Kitchen use fee (for ovens/stoves): $50 flat 

● Deposit: $200 non-refundable deposit, due at booking (applied to rental) 

● Balance: Due 2 weeks before event 

● Cancellations:

○ 30 days prior: forfeit deposit only 

○ 14-30 days prior: 50% refund of rental fee 

○ <14 days: no refund
